John Coleman – Architect as Artist

John Coleman

20th March – 17th April

An essential ability that every architect should have is to visualise in 3 dimensions. Included in this exhibition are architectural drawings and illustrations together with paintings and sketches of scenes in and around Kirkintilloch. Amongst the architectural work on display are ‘Grand Designs’ of Loch frontage houses on sites throughout Scotland including Loch Lomond. Scenes of Kirkintilloch painted by John’s Father, a former art teacher at St. Ninian’s High School, will also be displayed.
